Amazon meets Facebook

Two giants have found a way to connect and let me just say that it was a relationship that was long overdue. Yesterday Amazon announced its beta release of Facebook Connect. Usually when I shop for things its for something specific but thats only because I did some research with friends or even dragged them to a store.
